Edit Time Entry corrects your own attendance record when the saved time does not match what you worked.
On mobile you need to be assigned to the shift, with a timesheet entry or both clock times present. The shift must be unlocked, and not already approved or rejected — a Completed shift is not automatically editable.
If the control is missing, ask your coordinator rather than working around it.
Step 1
Find the recorded times
Open the assignment from Shifts, or the Last shift card on the dashboard, then scroll to Timesheets and find the wrong start or end time.
Step 2
Open the editor
Tap Edit Time Entry. If it is not there, the record is locked, approved or not yours to edit — check with your coordinator.
Step 3
Correct the time
Under New Start Time or New End Time, open the wrong value and set the actual date and time in the picker. Check the date as well as the time, especially for overnight shifts, and leave the correct value alone.
Step 4
Explain and save
Enter the reason under Reason for Change — the editor will not save without a changed time and a reason. Check Selected Start Time, Selected End Time and Selected Duration, then tap Save Changes. Cancel leaves without saving.
Step 5
Check it saved
Back in Timesheets, check Start Time, End Time and Total Hours reflect your correction. If an error appears or the old value is still there, it did not save — check with your coordinator before trying again.
