There are three ways to find a form someone has already filled in: recent ones on the dashboard, the filterable list under Forms > Responses, and a client's own Forms tab.
What you see depends on your permissions, your filters and whether records are archived.
Check the status as well as the contents — a Draft is unfinished, not submitted.
Step 1
Check the dashboard first
Recent entries and their status may be on the dashboard. For anything older, go to Forms > Responses.
Step 2
Use Responses and its filters
Open Forms, then Responses. Tap the filter row to narrow by status, by template, or to My Forms only, and sort by Form Date, Submitted or Last Updated. If an older one is missing, check your filters — and Show Archived, if you have it, switches the list to archived records.
Step 3
Or start from the client
Open the client and their Forms tab. That narrows it to records linked to that person that you can access — not everything the organisation holds.
Step 4
Open and read it
Open the exact entry and read its answers and status, checking the client and date before you rely on it for handover. If it is still missing after checking filters and archive state, ask a colleague or administrator to check access rather than recreating it.
