On short and long text fields, AI assistance can suggest clearer wording for a note you have already written.
Write your own observations first — the sparkles control only appears on text fields, and its rewrite option only appears once the field has text in it.
AI can change meaning or introduce errors. Compare the suggestion with what you wrote, check names, dates, quantities and any clinical detail, and accept only wording that is still accurate.
Step 1
Write the note first
Open the template, check the client, and enter your observations. Keep your original wording in view so you can compare.
Step 2
Ask for a rewrite
Tap the sparkles control to open AI Assistant, then choose Improve text & make professional and wait for the suggestion.
Step 3
Compare it, then refine
Check the suggestion against your original — names, dates, quantities, clinical details. Refine lets you type what to change, then Apply Changes; New starts again; Revert, where offered, puts your original value back. Suggested examples are wording, never facts about a real client.
Step 4
Accept and check
Tap Accept only when the wording is accurate, then read the updated field and make any last corrections. If nothing suitable comes back, keep writing it yourself. Reviewing and submitting are separate — see Fill out a form.
