The assistant can start a form for you from a typed request and your notes. This walkthrough drafts a Daily Visit Note and submits it.
You need access to the assistant, the template and the client. This example types both messages rather than using voice.
Always read the draft before submitting. AI can change meaning or add things you did not say — a 100% progress card is not a check that the record is right.
Step 1
Ask for a draft
Open the assistant and type a request that names the form and the client, using the real template and client name. If it offers you a choice of matches, check the identifying details rather than taking the first.
Step 2
Check what it picked
Check the template and client it selected before you add anything. If either is wrong, correct your request or do it by hand with Fill out a form.
Step 3
Send your notes
Type the note in your own words. Include only what you observed or can attribute — do not ask the assistant to fill in observations you did not make. Wait for the form card.
Step 4
Read it and correct it
Tap the form card — it shows the form's title and progress — and compare the visit-notes field with your original message: names, dates, quantities. Fix anything wrong and complete any required fields it missed.
Step 5
Review and submit
Step through to Review, check the whole draft, then tap Submit. The card then reads Form submitted - Tap to view with its status underneath — check it before you leave; Draft is not submitted. If the result is unclear, look in Responses before retrying.
